Training Modes:

▶EMOM Timing Function:
This mode uses a fixed 1-minute repeating countdown(cannot be adjusted) and supports up to 99 cycles
(displayed as L99).
▶TABATA Timing Function:
Preset work interval (F): 20 seconds; rest interval (C):10 seconds. Repeat for 8 cycles.
(Default sequence: 8 rounds of 20s work 10s rest).
▶FGB Timing Function:
FGB1: Preset work interval (F): 5 minutes; rest interval
(C): 1 minute. Repeat 5 cycles.
FGB2: Preset work interval (F): 5 minutes; rest interval (C):
1 minute. Repeat 3 cycles.
▶Beat Function:
Press the "BEAT"button to enter the beat mode (display: BE X\ XX), Use the"◀ ▶"button to adjust the beat frequency
(range: 5-320 beats per minute; values are multiples of 5)
▶User-defined Cyclic Timing
Access 10 custom timing groups (PO-P9) by pressing number keys 0-9 directly. Use the "SHOW"button to view the current t iming, and press the "SET"button to adjust the parameters for t he active group: F (F1-F8): Work interval C(C1-C8): Rest interval L (L1-L99): Number of cycles
